This is an NOS body in original NOS paint with mostly NOS internals. The new needles are ours. Bowl is not NOS or original to this carb, but is a correct bowl for this model carb. Normal Linkert parts, bowl, etc. will interchange, but the CORRECT bowl had a shoulder machined into the bottom and used cork gaskets inside and outside instead of a copper crush ring as did most Linkert carbs. Also note that the choke shaft on this unit is set up for a choke cable, NOT a choke rod or lever. This is the NOS shaft that shipped with this carb, as is the throttle shaft, disc, brass choke disc, main nozzle,low speed lever, & all body plugs. A very unique and hard to find carburetor

Very, very hard to find carb. Used up a lot of our "stash" on this one. Number of NOS pieces . Has the correct DLX main nozzle, DLX13 marked venturi , "more-less" marked high speed needle, DLX brass choke disc & lever, DLX low speed lever, DLX low speed needle, correct Schebler DLX bowl, float, & lever - BUT we have drilled and tapped the bowl to take the later replaceable needle & seat and we have replaced the bowl stem threads that always corrode with a threaded brass sleeve that takes the standard bowl nut, so this problem is also done away with. All threads are perfect. Very clear markings. A nice trouble free Schebler that we can now warrant with our full 90 day warranty.

An early original 4 line carb that still retains nearly all of it's original low luster nickel plating. Has a rubber ducky float for reliable operation. Correct thumb lever choke . Bottom 2 intake holes have weak threads for first half due to someone using too short bolts. Torqued down fine with correct length bolts. Covered by our warranty. A very hard to find carb.

This is the complete K version right to the bombsight venturi, racing main nozzle, #8 throttle disc, & fixed jet that were unique to the M53 and M53A1 carbs, plus it even has the correct choke lever that was used ONLY on the early M53 carb. Finished in the original low luster high temp black. If you have a really special K model ( or KR ) that is missing the original carb, here you go. Any way you look at it, this IS a show or go carb.

Fabulous find. Not one of ours, but this was rebuilt over 40 years ago and just sat on the dealer's shelf gathering dust. We got it in trade and just finished checking it over. Has the black foam float and still has the steel tip float needle.Best of all, it still has the original air snout with NO chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. All threaded holes in it are good. Just missing the air flap which is fairly easy to find. Only thing we replaced are the screws for the original throttle arm and the copper crush ring & gasket when we inspected it. Even the choke shaft and throttle shaft screws are original ! Few light scratches in the paint from sitting around all these years. Just a great old carb.
And ALWAYS -especially with these early rides, go by your manual, shut off your gas when you are not running your bike.

Picked this body up over 30 years ago in Brimfield MA. This is the typical later M5 casting - 2-348 with 4 bolt air cleaner flange, but it is a side bowl and was never machined for pins and an inline bowl . This is my variant 2. I have anotherM5 2-348 casting with body pins and an inline bowl ( my variant 3 ), and then to top it off, I have an early 4 line M5 that used a 2-328 casting and has a 2 bolt air cleaner flange. !!!!!!!!!!!

Now, I have only had 2 others of these in the last 40 years. It is my understanding that these were used on Harley Police models sold to San Francisco PD in 1947. All of the M35P carbs I have owned had one thing in common and this one does too. They had a little different main nozzle. What is it you say ? Well, I'm not going to tell you. If you do not know, then you can not fake them. Anyway, a very nice example. Sealed original cork float.May be a bit much carb for a worn out daily rider.

One Schebler carburetor. All threads are excellent. No body repairs. Correct original needles. Just a fabulous old Schebler and one of a kind. Completely re-nickeled and has one of the Cotten floats in it. Not one of our rebuilds, but a lot went into this one and after closely inspecting it, we will warranty it the same as ours. Getting kind of hard to find these M36 Linkerts, but here is a rebuilt unit painted in the OEM low luster high temp black. Looks like an M36, runs like an M74B. Rebuilt using an M74B venturi, main nozzle, #18 jet, and M74B choke disc and shaft. Has a Rubber Ducky float for trouble free operation and also includes our exclusive DC type steel tip needle & seat for direct connection to a flexible fuel line with out having to use an adapter.
Ready to bolt on and adjust. Perfect threads.
